Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy for Quantum Wave Therapeutics 1. Booking: Sessions can be booked online or by contacting Quantum Wave Therapeutics directly. A confirmation email with session details will be sent after booking. 2. Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. 3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours are subject to availability and a $15 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is not available within 24 hours of the session. 4. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee, and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled. 5. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out promptly, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. 6. Communication: All changes to bookings must be communicated via our online platform or by contacting us directly at (720) 732-7542 or human@quantumwavetherapeutics.com. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. Quantum Wave Therapeutics reserves the right to update this policy as necessary.
